This Gallagher insulator is a stronger design than the standard version. XDI Offset Screw Insulator has a strong metal core and comes in a pack of 10. It holds the wire 20cm from the post ensuring good conductivity in the electric fence. The centre of the insulator is orange plastic which is a visual indicator of any wear. This insulator should be screwed to wooden posts and is suitable for wire.
