Dodson and Horrell Barley rings can be fed dry or made into a mash using warm water (not too hot), creating a palatable mash to help with condition. It is a great way to feed linseed removing the need to cook and boil the linseed, as was part of the traditional method for feeding linseed. Linseed is a great source of omega 3 fatty acids, with its many health benefits.

Barley rings are a great winter feed to promote and maintain condition throughout the colder temperatures, especially in those horses working hard during the winter.
The addition of biotin and calcium helps to maintain healthy hooves and hoof growth.

Barley rings is the ideal feed to add to your horses feeding regime, to help promote good overall condition. A modern version of the traditional condition feed for horses.

Store Barley rings in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and protected from pests and rodents.

Feeding guidelines: The quantity of Barley Rings needed to meet your horse or pony's optimum vitamin and mineral requirements is 300g/100kg bodyweight (e.g. 500kg horse = 1 1/2 Stubbs scoops (1.5kg) per day).

Introduce new feeds into existing feeds gradually, over a seven day period.
